oDoc loyalty members are requested to submit proof of their subscription along with a valid identification at partner outlets.
How to submit proof of subscription

Terms & Conditions of Accessing User Benefits
- Benefits can only be redeemed by authorised oDoc Loyalty members.
- Loyalty members should provide their oDoc loyalty card to vendor outlets, in order to avail the benefits entitled to them.
- Offers cannot be transferred, exchanged for cash, and/or used in conjunction with any other promotional programs or offers provided by oDoc Pvt Ltd or vendor companies .
- Loyalty members must present a valid identification (national ID or driver’s license) at the premises to obtain the benefits.
- Loyalty members should ensure their personal details submitted to vendor outlets, must match the details on their oDoc loyalty card
- oDoc Pvt Ltd accepts no liability for the quality of the products or services provided by vendor companies and any defective serviceability disputes will be dealt with according to the vendor company’s standard terms of use with regards to operations
- oDoc Pvt Ltd reserves the authority to terminate the loyalty membership of users who abuse the usage of the benefits offered, or users who have been brought to attention by vendor companies due to unethical conduct.
- oDoc Pvt Ltd reserves the right to refuse entry, or refuse to issue loyalty memberships, subjected to breach of these terms and conditions
