oDoc loyalty members are requested to submit proof of their subscription along with a valid identification at partner outlets.
How to submit proof of subscription

Terms & Conditions of Accessing User Benefits
- Benefits can only be redeemed by authorised oDoc Loyalty members.
- Loyalty members should provide their oDoc loyalty card to vendor outlets, in order to avail the benefits entitled to them.
- Offers cannot be transferred, exchanged for cash, and/or used in conjunction with any other promotional programs or offers provided by oDoc Pvt Ltd or vendor companies .
- Loyalty members must present a valid identification (national ID or driver’s license) at the premises to obtain the benefits.
- Loyalty members should ensure their personal details submitted to vendor outlets, must match the details on their oDoc loyalty card
