Home Care with oDoc & Post COVID Care<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

  1. You acknowledge that if you have tested\u00a0positive<\/span>\u00a0for COVID-19, you must\u00a0inform<\/span>\u00a0the area\u00a0PHI \/ MOH<\/span> of the same and follow all instructions given by them. Further, you must inform the same to the doctor\/s you connect with on the oDoc platform.<\/li>\n \t
  2. The \u201cHome Care with oDoc\u201d and “Post COVID Care” services are provided subject to the full Terms & Conditions of use of the oDoc Application (\u201coDoc Terms of Use\u201d). By continuing, you SIGNIFY\u00a0YOU\u00a0PROVIDE\u00a0YOUR\u00a0AGREEMENT\u00a0TO\u00a0THE\u00a0ODOC\u00a0TERMS\u00a0OF\u00a0USE<\/b>\u00a0and\u00a0the\u00a0supplementary\nTerms\u00a0&\u00a0Conditions\u00a0below.<\/li>\n \t
  3. You shall be eligible for the list of services set out at www.odoc.life\/home-care\/<\/a> under the Home Care with oDoc and Post COVID Care services. This list of services may be changed without notice to you from time to time.<\/li>\n \t
  4. YOU\u00a0AGREE\u00a0THAT\u00a0THE\u00a0HOME\u00a0CARE\u00a0WITH\u00a0ODOC\u00a0 AND POST COVID CARE SERVICES SHOULD\u00a0NOT\u00a0BE\u00a0USED\u00a0IN\u00a0THE\u00a0EVENT\u00a0OF\u00a0A\u00a0MEDICAL\u00a0EMERGENCY<\/b>.<\/li>\n \t
  5. You\u00a0agree\u00a0that\u00a0all\u00a0information\u00a0provided\u00a0through\u00a0the\u00a0Home\u00a0Care\u00a0with\u00a0oDoc and Post COVID Care service is\u00a0ONLY\u00a0ADVISORY<\/b>.In\u00a0the\u00a0event\u00a0of\u00a0inconsistency,\u00a0you\u00a0AGREE\u00a0TO\u00a0GIVE\u00a0PRECEDENCE\u00a0TO\u00a0AND\u00a0FOLLOW\u00a0INSTRUCTIONS\u00a0AND\u00a0INFORMATION\u00a0ISSUED\nTO\u00a0YOU\u00a0BY\u00a0PUBLIC\u00a0HEALTH\u00a0SERVICES\u00a0AND\u00a0OTHER\u00a0STATE\u00a0SERVICES\u00a0MANAGING\u00a0THE\u00a0COVID\u00a0PANDEMIC<\/b>.<\/li>\n \t
  6. You agree and acknowledge that oDoc (Private) Limited only provides services that facilitate the provision of services by Licensed Medical Practitioners to users of the oDoc Application, and that the SERVICES PROVIDED BY LICENSED MEDICAL PRACTITIONERS ON THE ODOC APPLICATION ARE INDEPENDENT OF THE SERVICES PROVIDED BY ODOC<\/b>. You agree and acknowledge that such  LICENSED MEDICAL PRACTITIONERS ARE SOLELY RESPONSIBLE FOR THE INFORMATION PROVIDED TO YOU<\/b> in any manner and format, and that oDoc (Private) Limited SHALL NOT BE LIABLE<\/b> in any manner for, and that oDoc (Private) Limited DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES<\/b> in relation to, the services provided by such Licensed Medical Practitioners on the oDoc Application.<\/li>\n \t
  7. You agree and acknowledge that the items provided to you in the form of a \u201cWellness Bundle\u201d and the other medical devices provided to\u00a0you\u00a0under\u00a0the\u00a0Home\u00a0Care\u00a0with\u00a0oDoc\u00a0service\u00a0[collectively\u00a0referred\u00a0to\u00a0as\u00a0\u201chealthcare\u00a0items\u201d\u00a0hereinafter]\u00a0does\u00a0not\u00a0represent\u00a0all\u00a0the\u00a0items\nnecessary\u00a0for\u00a0your\u00a0wellbeing\u00a0and\u00a0care,\u00a0that\u00a0it\u00a0is\u00a0your\u00a0sole\u00a0responsibility\u00a0to\u00a0consult\u00a0medical\u00a0professionals\u00a0on\u00a0how\u00a0to\u00a0use\u00a0such\u00a0Healthcare\nItems and to use such Healthcare Items in the manner prescribed by medical professionals, and that it is your sole responsibility to ensure\u00a0you\u00a0have\u00a0access\u00a0to\u00a0the\u00a0items\u00a0necessary\u00a0for\u00a0your\u00a0wellbeing\u00a0and\u00a0care.<\/li>\n \t
  8. Any refund with relation to the Home Care with oDoc and Post COVID Care service shall be provided at the sole discretion of oDoc (Private) Limited.<\/li>\n \t
  9. \n
    You acknowledge that the oPharma and oLabs discounts, redeemable by Post COVID Care customers, are non-transferable and non-negotiable, and these discounts are only redeemable for one transaction each (one of oPharma and one of oLabs).<\/div><\/li>\n \t
  10. \n
    The complimentary chest physician consultation, entitled to Post COVID Care customers shall only be redeemable against the in-network chest physicians available on the oDoc application.<\/div><\/li>\n \t
  11. \n
    You acknowledge that the chest physician consultation granted with the Post COVID Care package by oDoc is complimentary. Consultations with chest physicians hereinafter, for the remaining period of service (30 days), shall be conducted in a “pay-as-you-consult” manner at your digression.<\/div><\/li>\n \t
  12. \n
    You acknowledge that oDoc Pvt Ltd accepts no liability for the quality of the aforementioned \u201chealthcare items\u201d provided by vendor companies and any defective serviceability disputes will be dealt with according to the vendor company\u2019s standard terms of use with regards to operations.<\/div><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n
    Customers are deemed to have accepted and agreed to be bound by these terms and conditions upon purchase of either the Home Care service or the Post COVID Care service by oDoc, and oDoc Pvt Ltd reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time.
